Direct Mail Acquisition Campaign – Insurance

The Hartford is a leader in property and casualty insurance, group benefits and mutual funds and are widely recognized for outstanding customer service excellence, sustainability practices, trust, and integrity.
When they needed a fresh, new direct mail campaign to generate new auto insurance customers, they turned to J&C. Knowing we had just done a similar project for Allstate, they were confident we had the experience and direct marketing know-how to get the job done.
J&C created three new concepts with the intention of testing one. The Hartford liked all three ideas and tested them against their current control package.

When the test concluded, two of the three J&C packages had bested the control and one equaled it. The Hartford was thrilled because it was exactly the kind of boost their auto insurance business needed.
