J&C used a personalized approach to appeal to drivers. The subject line of the email called out the recipient’s model while the header image had the car’s logo. Striking vehicle-specific images were created and overlaid with navigation imagery — highways, compasses, routes and dropped pins. Also, the copy highlighted what each driver loves about their car. It called out the muscle of their Ram, the family-friendly features of their Chrysler, the performance of their Dodge or the rugged adventures they take in their Jeep.
