HERE provides map navigation systems for several different makes and models of automobiles. However, some drivers are unaware that the maps for these navigation systems need to be regularly updated, which does not happen automatically.

To help get the word out, J&C assists HERE with development of multiple online and offline communications. Using predictive models helps us zero in on which vehicle owners are most likely to purchase a map update.
