When the test concluded, two of the three J&C test packages had bested the control and one equaled it.

The Hartford is a leader in property and casualty insurance, group benefits and mutual funds and are widely recognized for outstanding customer service excellence, sustainability practices, trust, and integrity.

When they needed a fresh, new direct mail campaign to generate new auto insurance customers, they turned to J&C. Knowing we had just done a similar project for Allstate, they were confident we had the experience and direct marketing know-how to get the job done.

J&C created three new concepts with the intention of testing one. The Hartford liked all three ideas and tested them against their current control package.
